Ingredients:
- 1 roasting chicken
- 4 cups soy sauce
- Place the chicken in a gallon-sized zip-loc bag. Pour in the soy sauce and marinate the chicken for at least 12 hours (the longer the better, I marinated mine for 2 days!).
- Preheat the oven to 450 F. Foil and lightly grease a roasting pan (or 9x13" casserole). Place the chicken breast-side up in the dish and roast in the lower third of the oven for 15 minutes. Decrease the oven temperature to 375 F and roast for an additional 50-60 minutes*.
- Let it sit for 10 minutes before carving, then serve!
